Final Round

RAMINATOR VS. RAMMUNITION

Finally, it was time for the big race to see who would be crowned victorious in the second event of the 2005 Special Events tour!!  Teammates would do battle against one another, with cagey veteran Mark Hall in his intimidating Raminator Dodge going up against determined newcomer Geremie Dishman in Rammunition.  Unfortunately, the race would not quite live up to the hype, as Hall would have trouble right off the start, experiencing some kind of mechanical difficulty allowing Dishman to power to his first win!!  A great accomplishment for the younger driver, and congratulations to him on taking his first big victory!!

FREESTYLE COMPETITION

Next up would be the Monster Truck Freestyle competition!!  Attrition would keep God, Guts, & Glory and Raminator from performing this afternoon as they thrashed to get the trucks ready for tomorrow's competitions.  Once more, I must throw out the reminder that some of the details are a little fuzzy, so I'm not sure if this is the exact order of the competition.

RAMMUNITION

Coming off of his big win in racing, Geremie Dishman came out strong looking to take the win in Freestyle competition as well.  Dishman was able to get a few good hits on the cars, and a nice jump over the car-van-car stack, but the run didn't quite live up to expectations after the big win in racing.

BIG DAWG

Next up was Doug Noelke in the Big Dawg machine!!  Doug came out fast and got the crowd into the run with some great hits on the cars and awesome air over the van stack!!  Doug was also able to get a short slap wheelie over the cars, and the ripped some crazy, dust-throwing donuts!!  The best run so far, and the bar was set high for Bigfoot and Avenger!!
